The COOP is a membership co-operative where we share access to people and skills none of us could justify hiring alone.
The COOP is for IT service businesses who:
- Any size and all types.
- Do IT services (if you're in, cyber, MSP, vCIO, break-fix, projects).
- Want capacity and accountability to improve performance.
No and yes, depends upon what you want.
This is a shared service.
You stay in complete control of your clients, team and delivery.
The COOP simply gives you access to support that would be too expensive or inefficient to hire full-time.
Is this consulting or coaching?
No. This is a business engine:
You handle your clients, your stack and for now your ISO, compliance and other elements until we have enough members to do all that stuff.
How much time does this take from me?
Less than you think — and far less than doing it alone.
The COOP is designed to reduce noise and decision fatigue, not add meetings.
Most members spend a small amount of focused time and gain back significantly more in clarity, execution, and momentum.
Do I lose autonomy over my business?
No.
You are always in control and decision-maker. Your membership gives you greater access and capacity.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts.
On our Grow plans we offer a 30-day guarantee on the membership fee (excluding optional tickets and costs) — if it’s not for you, you can leave and receive a full refund.
What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality is fundamental.
All members agree to a shared trust and integrity framework.
What’s discussed within the COOP stays within the COOP.
This is what allows honest conversations and real progress.
What if I don’t fully engage?
Like any cooperative model, the value correlates with participation.
That said, the COOP is designed to meet you where you are — even if things are messy, busy, or unclear.
If your business is chaotic, that’s often exactly when the COOP is most useful.
How many members will there be?
The COOP is intentionally constrained.
We prioritize quality, trust, and effectiveness over scale.
Membership growth is paced to ensure member outcomes are maximized at all times.
You select the membership plan you want. A team member will contact you to answer any questions and explain the process. We have made every attempt to make the pricing choice easy and understand you may have additional questions.
How do I call on the guarantee?
If you are a Grow member, you let us know. The best way is by email and we'll action immediately.
We don't offer refunds on other plans because we have designed the Grow plan to be optimal. Other plans have been designed to fit for other use cases and goals.
