For Members of The Tech Co-operative (The COOP)
Purpose - The purpose of this agreement is to affirm a simple understanding: what is said or shared within this group stays within the group. This collective approach helps members maintain a competitive advantage and enables meaningful, sustainable growth.
Scope - As a member, I agree to treat the insights, ideas, conversations, and learnings gained through my membership in The COOP as sensitive information. I commit to upholding the core values of The COOP in how I handle and use these insights.
Responsibility to the Group - I understand that confidentiality is not just about secrecy — it's about respect. Breaches of trust harm the integrity of the group, and I commit to acting with care, honesty, and accountability in all interactions with fellow members.
After Membership Ends - Even after my membership with The COOP ends, I will honour this commitment. The trust extended to me as a member is something I carry forward with respect.
